Hi, my name is Helen Auburn & I’m CNHC Registered & based in Swindon, seeing clients from here and Marlborough, Malmesbury, Newbury, Gloucester, Oxford, Chippenham and surrounding areas. Clients in Scotland & abroad, also seek my nutritional expertise, thanks to client’s recommendations & The Midult Directory [personal invitation only, so no cost to me]. I’m number six “Bowel Hero”. Online is as thorough, as face-face. However, it takes a little longer.
I was born in London & lived in Hampstead, North West London. When I was three years old, my father, whom graduated at Magdalen College, Oxford, with an MA in languages, decided to move the family to Swindon. He was head of foreign languages, at Commonweal School, until he retired. I have two lovely adult children.
I trained at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition [ION] in London. Five of my family members have PhD’s [three from Oxford], with three working in the field of medicine. John Auburn, the former [now semi retired] UK director for Astroscale [space debris] is one of my brothers. As one client said “You’re cleaning bodies & he’s cleaning space!”
Why trust me? I’ve been recommended by GP’s, a consultant & staff, at Great Western Hospital [GWH], as well as psychologists, physiotherapist, sports therapist, podiatrist, personal trainers, an optician, hairdressers & beauty therapists. On my website [below the pic of the cherries & a pic of myself] I have a doctor’s & a nurse’s testimonial on my moving slider.
I have a special interest in bowel disorders. The most common health issues a client may seek my advice for are, IBS, menstrual issues, change of life issues, skin issues, weight gain, autoimmune issues & muscle & joint pain.

The importance of dietary and environmental factors, and their impact on health and disease, the balancing, healing, and therapeutic effects of food and nutrients, are based on the principles of Functional Medicine:
