I can help assess your employee health eg: absence issues, fitness for work, return to work plans, provide meaningful advice and interventions to support the employer, management and HR whilst providing confidential health, wellbeing psychological support for the employee. Including sessions on mental wellbeing, supporting the business on how to use best use or set up their own Occupational Health, mentoring for personal development, developing workable, practical interventions and strategies across all aspects of health in the workplace and beyond.
